Villa Dimora Millepietre
Dimora Millepietre is a spectacular Trullo-Villa, which has only just been renovated, with private swimming pool and bio vegetable gardens, sittuated only 4 kms from Alberobello, in a quiet but not isolated countryside area.
Has a surface of about 200 sqm consisting of a large hallway, fully equipped kitchen, with dining area, large living room with a comfortable sofa facing the fireplace. The living area has glass sliding doors leading out onto the veranda, creating a continuous space.
The external veranda with a large table and the barbecue area with a wodden oven is the perfect place to host cooking classes or to make pizza.
Has a private swimming pool, sunbeds and sun umbrellas with a lounge area and a shaded area.
The surrounding land of the trullo hosts beautiful vegetable gardens, including many olive trees and ornamental plants.

In the large garden of the villa, between meadow and olive groves, stands the magnificent salt water swimming pool in a setting of total peace and privacy, deck chairs and umbrellas are available around the swimming pool.

The rooms have been tastefully decorated to offer maximum comfort to our guests.Each room has a balcony, a 50-inch Smart TV with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, mini bar, safe, coffee maker and kettle, large bathroom with a walk-in shower, linens and a fine courtesy set, hair dryer, bathrobes and bamboo slippers to ensure our guests have a pleasant and worry-free stay.
The Rock
“The Rock” is a sustainable passive house in Lake Como, leaning against the mountain rocks which are visible from inside the house through the big windows and facing south, you can enjoy 300 hours of sunshine in the summer and benefit from the freshness of the mountain air.
The villa is laid out on three levels, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a large living area with a comfortable sofa, a service bathroom, and the master bedroom equipped with a private bathroom with a shower. On the upper level, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a jacuzzi.
From the bedrooms, there are stunning views and the big bathtub on the upper floor will be the perfect relaxation spot.
Outside, there is a table made of wood and stone with particularly beautiful views during sunset, you can spend time in the pool with its massage streams or use the counter-current for swimming practice, in the upper part of the garden you will find a yoga platform under a pergola.
Lagoon Secret Venice
Lagoon Secret Venice is a bright apartment with breathtaking views of the Venice Lagoon. Furnished in the classic Italian seaside resort style with typical Venetian accents and more modern touches, it is distinguished by research into details.
The antique Murano chandelier,accompanied by vintage black-and-white photographs and a pair of old paddles,creates an evocative atmosphere that speaks of Venice and its excellence.
As a welcome, guests will find an aperitif of Prosecco Valdobbiadene D.o.p accompanied by typical local artisanal cookies that can be spoiled on a large panoramic terrace that allows guests to enjoy conviviality caressed by the breeze coming from the South Lagoon.
This neighborhood is known as a hospitable and quiet residential area especially at night, allowing for the quietness of the buen retiro without sacrificing proximity to all places of interest both historical and for quality shopping.
